Hamburg Lakeshore Overseas Veterans, Inc., home to Hamburg Township Post 1419, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States Memorial Park and Museum, established April 24, 1971. When the call of our country was heard, they answered. Self was forgotten in the cause of the greater good. As brave men and women, they marched away with the abiding faith in God, country, and flag. Our comrades are in the hands of our Heavenly Father. "God giveth his beloved sleep."
