Site of the "Poor Farm" which operated until the late 1930's. Indigent men resided here and received room and board in exchange for working on the surrounding land.

Records beginning around 1838 indicate that the poor were managed by overseers employed by the township.

  1. I am the Realtor who currently has the "Poor Farm" for sale at 26 Clover Hill Road, Flemington, NJ 08822. I have pictures of the Currently state of the home and would love to share it with others!
