Construido en el Siglo XVI fue residencia de connotados personajes desde la fundación de la ciudad. A principios del XX fue reconstruido por el Arq. Carlos Z. Flores en estilo neoclásico. Fue el Hotel Jardín y desde 1970 lleva el nombre actual

Hotel Ciudad RealBuilt in the 16th century, it has been the residence of well-known personalities since the founding of the city. At the beginning of the twentieth century it was rebuilt by the architect Carlos Z. Flores in a neoclassical style. Previously it was the Garden Hotel, but since 1970 it has its current name.
