Incitó a los vecinos para llevar a cabo la construcción y fue inaugurado el 12 de mayo de 1945 siendo este acto oficial, uno de los festejos del primer centenario de fundación de la escuela Lancasteriana en esta ciudad.

Manuela Álvarez Elementary SchoolPablo Urrutia, as a political leader, began the construction of this building dating from the 19th century. He encouraged the neighbors to carry out the construction and it was inaugurated on May 12, 1945. This official ceremony was one of the celebrations of the first century of the founding of a Lancaster School in this city.
