1966 · Korat AB Thailand · 1972

Forty F-105 "Thud" fighter pilots were killed in action while flying combat missions to North Vietnam from May 1966 to December 1972. One of those fighter pilots was Ray Lewis, who was shot down in July 1966. His faithful dog "Roscoe" waited for Ray to return to Korat AB until he passed away in September 1975. Beloved "Roscoe" is once again with his pilots.
