The architecture of this area allows us to distinguish two streets that separate three structures following the same symmetric layout as the rooms located west. They are constructed from local materials: the walls are made of roughly hewn basalt stones and some limestone. The floors are very simple, made of compact ground soil and lime. This area was used for residential purposes and storage of products related to the fish industry. Chemical analysis conducted near the benches revealed protein residues associated to both the preparation and consumption of food, mainly carbohydrates that may indicate the consumption of bread and/or wine.
The materials recovered during excavation were, among others: coins, fishing weights, glass objects, and fragments of limestone and ceramic vessels. Southeast of the main street there are collapsed stones that could have belonged to the roof of the structure.
