A second-round draft pick by the Brewers in 1982, Bosio spent the first seven seasons of his 11-year Major League career in Milwaukee, appearing in 212 games. Breakout season occurred in 1989 when he went 15-0 with at 2.95 ERA - sixth-best in the American League - and 173 strikeouts - fourth-best in the American League. Compiled a 14-10 record with a 3.25 ERA in 1991 before ending his Brewers stint with a career-best season in 1992: a 16-6 record - equal to the fourth-best winning percentage (.727) in the American League. Finished his Brewers Career with 1,190 innings pitched, 67 wins, 32 complete games and 3.76 ERA.
