1st, and 3rd, Florida, - Colonel William S. Dilworth.
4th, Florida, - Colonel W.L.L. Bowen.
47th, Georgia, - Captain William S. Phillips.
60th, North Carolina, - Lieutenant Colonel James M. Ray.
Mebane's Tennessee Battery, - Captain John W. Mebane.


Stovall's Brigade, being the center of Breckinridge's Division, advanced from a line 400 yards east of this position at 9 o'clock a.m. with Adams' Brigade on its right, and Helm's on its left. From this line it advanced to the LaFayette Road, encountering a portion of John Beatty's Brigade of Negley's Division, and forcing it across the road. The Brigade then changed direction to face south, and, with Adams' Brigade west of the road, and on its right advanced toward the Kelly field.
