This Brigade on the right with Humphrey's on its left formed the third division line of Longstreet's central column of attack. It moved forward at 11:15 in support of Hood's Division in its attack on the Union line in position west of the Poe House crossed the LaFayette Road near that house and pushed forward to the Dyer Field where it wheeled to the right and passed to the front of Hood's line.
