—119 South 2nd Street —In 1891, Eugene Amoretti, successful businessman and one of the "town fathers," financed the construction of this building. It was the original home of the Palace Pharmacy. The building was large enough to house many different businesses, from cigar factories to hotels. At various times, doctor's offices were located upstairs.
