I Saw The Marker

I went for a short walk today and visited Aspinquid again. I am very interested in him and learning more about him, his tribe and the American Indians that were in this part of the country. I'm probably going to stop in thru the week when someone is in the office and ask if they know anything about the statue, when was it put in? Looks like it went thru some repair work in 2010, I think it's in very good condition right now.

I Saw The Marker

I live closeby and did not know it was there. It's in a cementary but fairly close to the street. The view is somewhat obscurred by a tree, probably why I never noticed it before..But the statue itself is in very good condition..It makes me want to learn more about him and the Penacooks..
