Huntsville Methodist Episcopal Church, South evolved from Mt. Sinai Methodist Church (1808). Regular services were discontinued at the present location December 12, 1981. The church has been restored and maintained by Huntsville Historic Preservation Society in memory and honor of the members of the Hunstsville Community - those who have departed and those who remain.
