Colorful Arizona pioneer and faithful Gila County public servant. At intervals from 1885 to 1947. Within the walls of three courthouses erected on this spot, he occupied various offices. His last office was Clerk of the Superior Court.
1912 to 1947.
He set a national Public Service Record.
