og er hluti af einni merkilegur og fegurstu
götumynd Reykjavíkurborgar.

The Mayor of Reykjavik granted this house recognition in 2010
due to a well-done improvement.

The house was built in 1876 and was restored in 1974.

The house is considered to be a house of Danish Icelandic type
and is part of one of the most remarkable and beautiful
streetscapes of the city of Reykjavík.
