Built in 1938 as the "Florence Theatre," the facade displays a stucco exterior. After an internal fire in 1957, it was refurnished and renamed the Harbor Theater. One of the last neighborhood theaters operating in Oregon, it continued dispensing candy bars, popcorn and movies until it closed in 2003. In May 2004 this historical building was transformed into On Your Feet Footwear. The distinctive neon sign - now displaying SHOES - has lit up Bay Street for over six decades.
