Willow Oak

—Quercus phellos —

In honor of the 1971 T.C. Williams High School state championship football team that held its preseason camp at Gettysburg College in the summer of 1971. It was here that members of the newly integrated high school in Alexandria, VA, formed the bonds between teammates that carried them to an undefeated season, later immortalized in the major motion picture, Remember The Titans.
