Built in 1912, various businesses have occupied this building over the years, including Placer Savings, the Rainbow Club, Schmidt's Delicatessen and Dutra Liquors.
Known as Gordon Hall, the upstairs became a popular gathering place used by various community organizations.
The Roseville Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1582 has continued that community tradition since purchasing the building in 1921.
Founded in 1907 the F.O.E. is a community and philanthropic organization living by the motto of

"People Helping People"
The City of Roseville & Roseville Chamber of Commerce
recognizes the F.O.E. for their property improvements
